An installation that expanded the Neo Pop vocabulary
The installation created for this exhibition acted as a bridge between painting and spatial experience. Honys Torres incorporated:
works in multiple formats,
three‑dimensional elements,
cross‑references between animated characters, brands, and symbols,
and a layout that encouraged viewers to explore, discover, and engage.
The result was an immersive environment that turned the gallery into a visual stage, where each piece belonged to a larger ecosystem.
The installation reinforced the idea of “Arroz con Mango” as a territory where the absurd, the everyday, and the iconic coexist without hierarchy.
